The Alpha Organization was founded by the CEO of FMHC ENTERPRISES to help change the way individuals see Boss Women and Men. She wanted Boss Women and Men to be seen as leaders and not just as Bosses. There are differences between the two and similarities. They are similar in the way that the female or male is in charge. However, they are different in such a way that a boss sits back and tells others what and how to do their job; whereas, a Leader will show, guide, and nurture the employees/mentees while also being in charge, working alongside employees/mentees with humbleness.
The Alpha Organization is an organization with prestigious, well-mannered individuals who live their lives to the fullest with high regard to those around them. They are humble, successful, healthy, and wealthy individuals with a heart to give back to those that so desire or need their help without asking for anything in return. The Alpha Males and Females in this organization do not have to say what they are but can prove that their status as an Alpha is clearly what shows; when they are doing their part in society as an independent, hard-working individual. Upon completion of the Academy Organization for Alpha Elites, you will then be asked to become an Elite Member at 10% off per monthly/yearly membership fee and receive a Certificate of Completion. You will then enjoy the perks of being an Alpha and Elite Member if you join the Elite Membership.
Please do not sign up for this organization if you’re not willing, to be honest with yourself about becoming a real Alpha Male or Female. This organization is based on honesty, respect, and loyalty. In order to get the most out of this organization, we have to know who you truly are to assist. Handouts will be given out during meetings/courses with monthly agendas and descriptions.
