Mortgage Notary Signing

* Witnessing or attesting a signature – $10.00

* Authorized Representative Review and Verification I-9, $10.00

* Taking acknowledgment or verification  upon oath or affirmation – $10.00

* Certifying or attesting a copy – $10.00

* Receiving or noting a protest of a negotiable instrument – $10.00

* Being present at demand, tender, or deposit and noting the same – $10.00

* Administrating an oath or affirmation – $10.00

* Certifying that an event has occurred or an act has been performed – $10.00

*Notary Fees: $10.00 for the first notary, each additional notary is $8.00. Each signature being notarized is counted as one; therefore, if two people are signing one document the cost would be $18.00. We do not charge sales tax for this service.

*Our Forms: If you purchase our form we charge $8.00 per notary. If you purchase a service from us that requires a notary, the notary fee is included in the service fee.

*Missing Notary Language: If your form is missing the notary language, unlike your bank, UPS, or most other notaries, we will add the language – no additional cost.

*Raised Seal: If your form requires a raised seal, we offer this option as well. Call for availability 205-722-4760

We specialize in the process of obtaining and notarizing the signatures of parties involved in real estate and loan transactions, both purchases and refinances. Pricing varies from $75-$200 per appointment.

We charge a one-way trip fee from either office at $2.00 per mile plus the Notary Fee. The minimum trip fee is $25.00 plus a notary fee. We use www.google.com/maps to calculate the distance from our office to your location.

If you need us to print two sets of documents for both you and the client we charge an additional $50.00. If your client comes to our office for the signing you will receive a 10% discount and there is no trip charge. We serve the (Tuscaloosa County Area Only).
