50% upfront Retainer is due on the day of the decision of whether or not you would like to obtain FMHC Independent Paralegal Services assistance. A payment plan will then be setup. An estimated monthly amount of legal services will be billed until the payout of the remaining balance is completed. The monthly estimate amount is determined based on services needed. Retainers can be from anywhere between $200-$1500+. Charge fees by the hours are $120/hr depending on services needed.

PREPARATION FOR TRIAL

FMHC Independent Paralegal can provide your law office trial preparation services by:

* Trial Exhibit Books
* Witness summaries
* Contact witnesses

Note: FMHC Independent Paralegals can completely prepare your trial and exhibit notebooks, and send them directly to your office via Federal Express or UPS. The cost for mailing and supplies must be absorbed by the attorney and provided to FMHC Independent Paralegal prior to beginning the trial preparation. FMHC Independent Paralegals will request a cash advance for purchasing the materials (i.e. notebooks, tabs, ect.) to finish the project. FMHC Independent Paralegals requires a signed contract, which outlines the project details, prior to beginning any work.

Rates:

Rates will be based on an hourly rate of $120.00 per hour plus expenses incurred including, but not limited to, long-distance telephone calls, postage, and purchase of any special software necessary to complete the task. Time to complete the job will be estimated and any projects estimated over $500.00 will require a 50% down payment. FMHC Independent Paralegal services requires a signed contract, which outlines the project details, prior to beginning any work. Hourly Rate – $120.00.
